Bob Tan is Head of Corporate Finance at Earth Investment Bank, where he leads the bank’s corporate advisory and financing business. He is responsible for originating and executing corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital market mandates, strategic corporate advisory, and structured financing solutions.
In his role, Bob works closely with entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and listed companies to structure capital solutions that support business expansion, acquisitions, restructuring, and long-term growth. He also collaborates with strategic partners and investors to deliver integrated financing solutions tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bob brings extensive expertise in corporate banking, SME financing, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has held various roles across several leading financial institutions including Hwang DBS Investment Management, RHB Bank, United Overseas Bank (UOB), and Hong Leong Bank, where he developed strong experience in corporate lending, business banking, and client portfolio management.
At Earth Investment Bank, Bob focuses on strengthening the bank’s corporate finance platform, supporting companies in accessing capital markets, structuring financing solutions, and pursuing strategic growth opportunities.
