As the Chief Operating Officer of Superior Land Sdn. Bhd., she oversees corporate strategy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency. With a keen focus on risk management, legal advisory, and business development, Michelle plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success.
Before joining Superior Land, Michelle served as In-House Legal Counsel at Credit Suisse AG (Singapore), where she managed high-stakes documentation, compliance, and legal risk assessment across the Asia-Pacific and Americas regions. Her expertise in financial legal
frameworks, positioned her as a key decision-maker in global banking operations. Her contributions led to the Compliance Consulting Award at the Singapore Business Review International Business Awards in 2017.
Michelle is also a dedicated academic, having previously served as Head of the Land Law Department at Kaplan Higher Education Institute (Singapore) and as an Adjunct Lecturer at various institutions across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
